0000068: Crash when entering BF Injection at times. Crash happens when opendoor anim is applied to the player.

Description

At random times, when you try to enter a BF Injection ( my crash was caused when trying to enter it as a driver from the passenger seat ) the player gets set the opendoor animation which leads to client crash.

Enter a BF Injection.
