Summary0000018: Dropouts textures.
DescriptionThis happens very rarely but is not very nice. Simply disappears tecture it may be from models pedov ending huge buildings. I believe this is happening at a rapid mutations both players coordinate

I think this might be a GTA issue. It rarely happens in VC:MP, but I've seen it happen there too.

I have never seen this bug in GTA 3 single.

This bug has occurred since the early days of LU, and rarely happens in single player. Guessing it has a texture limit or something similar
